In a mixing bowl, combine 1 pouch of oatmeal cookie mix with 2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon water.
Mix on low for 1 minute, scrape down the bowl, then mix again for 1 minute.
Shape dough into 12 balls and place on a lined baking pan.
