Cookie Crumbles Shipping Policy

At Cookie Crumbles, we aim to keep things simple, flexible, and affordable for everyone involved in your fundraiser. 

 

Group Delivery (Default) 

By default, orders are shipped to one central location chosen by the fundraising group- usually a school, studio or community organization, houses are also acceptable. From there, individual participants or coordinators distribute the orders to customers. 

This method helps us keep shipping costs low and maximize your fundraising profits. 

 

Direct to customer shipping (Optional) 

We are currently exploring an optional model where customers can choose to have their orders shipped directly to their home. If this option is selected:

  • Customers will be charged a auto calculated (based on the items they choose and shipping address) shipping fee at checkout
  • Delivery times and costs will vary depending on destination

this option may not be available for all fundraisers or regions. 

 

Free Shipping Incentive
We want to maximize your group's fundraising profits, which is why we help cover bulk delivery costs whenever possible!
  • Within Saskatchewan: We offer 100% Free Shipping for all local fundraising groups that reach a minimum order of 200 items or more.
  • Outside of Saskatchewan: Because out-of-province bulk orders require specialized long-haul pallet freight, shipping rates change drastically based on total order weight, destination, and fuel surcharges. To help support your community and protect your school's margins, Cookie Crumbles will personally cover up to 50% of your total freight cost!
  • How Billing Works: Once your fundraiser closes, we will contact our freight carriers (such as Manitoulin Transport) to get an exact, real-time bulk shipping quote for your location. We will then coordinate with your fundraising representative to settle the remaining shipping balance during our final invoice and profit reconciliation.
