Cookie Crumbles Shipping Policy

At Cookie Crumbles, we aim to keep things simple, flexible, and affordable for everyone involved in your fundraiser. 

 

Group Delivery (Default) 

By default, orders are shipped to one central location chosen by the fundraising group- usually a school, studio or community organization, houses are also acceptable. From there, individual participants or coordinators distribute the orders to customers. 

This method helps us keep shipping costs low and maximize your fundraising profits. 

 

Direct to customer shipping (Optional) 

We are currently exploring an optional model where customers can choose to have their orders shipped directly to their home. If this option is selected:

  • Customers will be charged a auto calculated (based on the items they choose and shipping address) shipping fee at checkout
  • Delivery times and costs will vary depending on destination

this option may not be available for all fundraisers or regions. 

 

Free Shipping Incentive

We offer free shipping for fundraisers that sell 250 items or more within reasonable shipping zones. 

This is our way of saying thank you for working hard and making your fundraiser a success!

Note: Free shipping is subject tot to location. Due to higher carrier rates, some areas- such as the Territories, Maritimes, Ontario and Quebec- may not be eligible or may require partial shipping fees.

We are proud to announce that our products are now dry mix and shelf stable- so you no longer need to worry about freezer space or frozen delivery windows.
