Cookie Crumbles Refund & Return Policy

At Cookie Crumbles, we're committed to making your fundraising experience a great one! While we don't offer exchanges or returns, we do handle refunds on a case-by-case basis with fairness and integrity. 

 

Refunds

We're happy to issue a full refund under the following conditions:

• Your product never arrived
• The fundraiser was cancelled before delivery
• There is anything wrong with your product due to our process

if your order qualifies for a refund, please contact us at shantelle@cookiecrumbles.ca to ensure you are not missed. 

 

No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

• Product that was not stored properly after pickup or delivery (eg. left out of the freezer or exposed to heat where applicable)
• Situations where product quality was affected due to improper handling after it left our care 

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns or trades

 

Our Approach 

We handle every situation personally and aim to keep our customers happy- but we also want to protect our fundraisers from unnecessary costs. If something is wrong please reach out- we'll do our best to make it right!
