Coconut Macaroon Cookie Mix X 2 Pouches

Sweet, chewy cookies loaded with shredded coconut — golden on the outside and soft in the middle. A simple way to bake a classic favorite at home!

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 pouch of coconut macaroon mix with ½ cup boiling (or very hot) water.

2. Mix until combined with a fork or a whisk

3. Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes.

4. Scoop into 12 equal portions onto a lined baking pan.

5. Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
