Chocolate Muffin Mix

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, ⅔ cup water, and 2 tablespoons oil until combined.

2. Empty 1 pouch of chocolate muffin mix into the bowl.

3. Mix on low speed just until combined — do not overmix.

4. Divide batter evenly into muffin cups.

5. Bake at 365°F for 18–24 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
