Bran Muffin Mix

Bake warm, hearty bran muffins in minutes! This simple mix makes perfectly soft, flavourful muffins with that classic bran bakery taste. Just add water, mix, and bake — no extra ingredients needed.

How to Make:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 pouch of bran muffin mix with ¾ cup + 2 tablespoons cold water.

2. Mix gently for 1 minute on low speed (or by hand until moistened).

3. Scrape down the bowl, then mix for another 2–3 minutes on medium speed (or stir by hand until smooth).

4. For rounded muffin tops, finish with 1 minute on low speed.

5. Spoon batter evenly into 12 greased or paper-lined muffin cups.

6. Bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.

Enjoy warm, bakery-style bran muffins with minimal effort!
